Goal

John and I have fostered 11 dogs so far. Of those 11, 3 dogs were "medical needs". Tapas was brought to Labs and More, suffering from a broken jaw. She had surgery on her jaw and after several months of recovery in our home was adopted by a vet tech who fell in love with her.

Peppy had surgery on his back legs. We fostered him for the next 3 months until he was adopted by a woman and her two cats and now is living the good life.

I transported Echo to one of our fabulous vet partners who worked to repair a broken leg. Unable to save the leg they removed it and Echo stayed with us for a week before moving to another foster since we were leaving town. Echo is doing fabulously on three legs and we look forward to seeing this beautiful Shepherd continue to thrive.

If you can help by donating, fostering, or finding another way to volunteer for this dog rescue, you surely will garner the satisfaction of knowing you were part of the solution to an ongoing critical need.
