I have been the Labs and More volunteer manager for seven years and am amazed by how many dogs this group has rescued (1135 in 2021 alone). This past year we adopted our amazing dog Oak from this group, and as a pit mix rescued from a high-kill shelter near the border, his chances were not good without LAM. 
  Also, LAM saves many pregnant moms from high-kill shelters and from off the streeets, and we have started fostering litters this past year. It's amazing watching these pups be adopted into loving families when they certainly wouldn't have survived without LAM.
