Your donation will help keep non-commercial Real Oldies 97.9 The WREN on the air playing the Greatest Music of All Time!

Our only sources of income are your donations plus a small amount from underwriting announcements from area businesses. Unlike large non-commercial stations we receive no grant funds from the government or any other source.

We are currently defending ourselves against a petition to deny our FCC license renewal filed by SAGA Communications the owners of approximately 125 radio stations including 6 in Charlottesville. Our legal bill to fight this is currently at $ 7,000.

All donors receive free pens and bumper stickers. For donations of $ 35 and over we will include a very cool WREN logo t-shirt. Sizes from XS to 3XL are available.
