Goal
60 for 60, Hiking for the Dogs of Tanzania
To celebrate her 60th birthday, Ann Podlozny is taking on two incredible challenges in support of Four Steps to Freedom and Mbwa wa Africa Animal Rescue.
This summer, Ann will hike the Wales Coast Path -- the longest waymarked path in Britain at 1400km (870 miles) -- as part of her mission to complete the International Appalachian Trail, and in October, she will tackle Mount Kilimanjaro. Through these adventures, she hopes to raise £3,600 to support the animals cared for by Mbwa wa Africa in Tanzania.
While the fundraiser is hosted through Four Steps to Freedom, the Scottish charity that supports our work, every dollar raised will go directly towards helping the dogs and cats at the shelter and veterinary clinic in Tanzania.
By sponsoring Ann's challenge, you will help provide food, medical care, shelter, and second chances to animals who have nowhere else to turn.
Thank you for supporting Ann's journey and the animals who benefit from it.
