Leaphart for Texas is an independent campaign for Texas House District 106, and contributions are subject to Texas state election laws. By donating, you confirm that: You are a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder). You are at least 18 years old. You are donating with your own personal funds and not on behalf of another person or entity. This contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation, labor union, foreign national, or government contractor. You are not making this contribution in exchange for political favors, contracts, or any special consideration. Texas Campaign Finance Laws Texas does not impose contribution limits for individual donors. All contributions over $90 require donor disclosure, including name, address, occupation, and employer, as mandated by the Texas Ethics Commission. Contributions from corporations and labor unions are prohibited by Texas law. However, donations from LLCs and partnerships may be allowed if structured correctly—please consult a legal or tax professional.
