For adults with disabilities, finding a safe, accessible, affordable home can be incredibly difficult. Too often, the lack of appropriate housing means people are separated from their communities, placed in settings that don’t reflect their wishes, or left without the support they need to live independently. 


3i HoME is working to change that. 


We create innovative, affordable, community-based housing where adults with disabilities can build lives of their own—while having access to the individualized supports and services they choose. 

Our approach is simple: housing first, dignity always, and support on each person’s terms. 


With the right home and the right supports, people can remain connected to their families, friends, jobs, neighborhoods, and communities. They can make their own choices, develop meaningful relationships, and live fuller, more independent lives.
