I work with an incredible organization that has direct impact on our Houston neighbors' lives every day. We are a small but mighty team. The support we receive from our community is critical to providing integrated and compassionate care to the most vulnerable in our city.

This year, our HHH team is aiming to raise $50,000 to support our comprehensive healthcare services and to fund 200 Care Kits filled with essential items for our patients.
