Within our Nutrition Program we are giving 500 children each weekend a hot meal at our offices and provide their families with extra bags of food during times of food scarcity, such as was the case during the Covid19 lockdown.
Within our Health Program we provide 500 children healthcare access by taking over their medical bills. Additionally we provide them with clean drinking water, mosquito nets, blankets, build a water borehole, toilets, and so on to prevent them from getting sick. And we have a close partnership with 'WirHelfenSehen E.v." to provide them with eye healthcare.
Within our Entrepreneurship Program we make sure that families become self-sustainable to provide for their families. We giving them Micro Loans, which they pay back over time and Business Boost (which they don`t have to pay back) and hire a trainer to help them excel.
Within our Music Program We bought music instruments and hired 3 music teachers, who teach the children daily certain music instruments, such as Keyboard, Drums and guitar.
Within the communities we work, music has traditionally been considered essential for educating, communicating, and imparting discipline to the younger generation.
Within our Computer Program each day after school the children can come to our centers in Kampala and Jinja to use the 30 computers we bought for them and we have a computer teacher educating them.
Within our Local Leadership Program We work together with a Dutch Business Consultant and German Coach, who helped our local eam on the ground to better communicate and structure their work and communicate with the board members and fundraising team their needs. And with our Young Leadership Program our focus is that the teenagers become aware of their impact in the community and will learn how to give back and improve the
community they live in themselves.

All our programs are community based and are accessible for everyone living within the communities we work in, which are Acholi Quarter in Kampala and Danida in Jinja, Uganda. Both areas have a high number of internally displaced people, who battle with extreme poverty, illiteracy, HIV/aids and postwar trauma to name a few things. Our programs are run fully by our Ugandan team, who we have known since 2009 and who live themselves within our project areas. Susan Laker runs the Kampala project , Aidah Nambozo the Jinja project, David Wafula helps in both Kampala and Jinja, while our founder Stella Airoldi does the fundraising and sponsor communcation part.
