On Friday, 5th June 2026, I’m taking on a challenge that pushes me well outside my comfort zone, abseiling 100 feet from the iconic Croke Park.

This isn’t just about the drop. It’s about stepping up for something that matters.

Every euro raised will support Suicide or Survive’s vital work in mental health and suicide prevention. Their programmes are grounded in real, lived experience, creating space for courageous conversations, building practical skills, and helping people live with suicidal thoughts without being defined by them.
