2026 Croke Park Abseil Workvivo by Zoom

On Friday, 5th June 2026 I’ll be taking on something that genuinely scares me — the Croke Park abseil, stepping off the Hogan Stand and lowering myself 100 feet down.

I’m not going to pretend I’m calm about it — I’m absolutely terrified of heights — but that’s exactly why I wanted to do it.

I’m doing it in support of Suicide or Survive, a charity doing incredibly important work around suicide prevention and mental health. Their programmes are built on courageous conversations, lived experience, and practical skills that help people live with suicidal thoughts without being defined by them. That mission feels a lot bigger than my fear of standing at the top of a stadium.
