2026 Chicago Marathon

Hi everyone! I’m running the 2026 Chicago Marathon to raise money for Live Like Roo. They support families whose pets have been diagnosed with cancer. 

Everyone who knows me, knows that I love our pups BIG! Our 2025 ended with a lot of  appointments, emergency stays, and scary diagnoses for our 5 year old pitbull, Stone. We are still working through the details, but are so grateful to be in a position financially to give him all of the help he needs. Unfortunately, not everyone is so lucky, this is my small way to raise funds so that other pets can get exceptional care and live full, happy lives. 

If you are able, I would appreciate your support and for added fun, I’ve made some donation tiers:

$50 - pick a song to add to my running playlist - hype me up, make me laugh, bring tears to my eyes.. the choice is yours!

$150 - a pose of your choice when I see race photographers.. is it finally time to bring back duck lips and peace signs?? Maybe!  

$500 - pick the hat I wear on race day - are you a Lakers/Cowboys/Eastern Illinois/OU fan who wants to see my Celtics/Eagles/WIU/OKState loving self in the enemy’s gear? This may be the tier for you! (Austin has volunteered to help me switch hats if more than one person is interested in this one!)
