2025 Hero to Hero Marine Corps Marathon Team

Hi guys!

Thanks for coming to check out my donor page! My dad, Chris Shea, is the founder of Hero to Hero.

I finally put my big girl pants on and started training for the MCM this past May! I’ve always loved to run, but training for this race has given me a newfound appreciation for the sport.

Watching the runners cross the finish line the past couple of years in DC has been an incredibly moving experience. I now have an even deeper respect for their tenacity after understanding the preparation that goes into running a marathon. I cannot wait to cross the finish line on October 26th! 

All of the money that you donate will go directly towards funding Hero to Hero’s mission of transitioning military members into first responder careers across our nation. My fiancé Ben Dispoto is a testament to how life changing Hero to Hero is for our veterans. We’re forever grateful for the opportunity this organization has given us and your generosity!
