2025 Giving Campaign

Hi friends & family!

At the start of 2024, I began working for Remote Energy as an Administrative/Project Coordinator. Our mission is to expand access to solar around the world, particularly by engaging people typically underrepresented in the industry. In the last 20 months or so, I have had the honor and privilege to work with individuals from 15 Native American Tribes & Nations, dozens of young women across Africa, and countless renewable energy professionals around the world. 

If you follow the news at all, you'll already know this year has been a tough one for folks working in renewables (and non-profits - let alone renewables non-profits). There is so much good work to be done, both in the States and abroad, but it is harder than ever to make sure these projects stay funded, with the landscape of federal and private funding shifting so much. There are so many good causes to support these days, but if you have a few extra dollars to spare, I would be touched if you donated to Remote Energy! 

Your money goes to providing scholarships and/or free technical education to people all the way from rural Alaska to East Africa and everywhere in between.
