2025 AAU World Championship Tournament Fundraiser

This is the Memphis Ghost Cats Basketball Club's inaugural season. The team is comprised of twelve (12) young men aged fourteen (14) or younger. We have a diverse group assembled from all over the city - Orange Mound to Bartlett to South Memphis. My vision for my organization is that we give opportunities to children that they may not otherwise experience without GCB. Summer Sports are great tools for parents to keep children engaged, to teach important social skills, and to hone accountability. However, many kids miss out on these benefits and more because programs are too expensive to participate in. With that in mind, GCB asks participants to pay a one-time fee of $250. That fee includes their uniforms, AAU Membership, facility usage fees for practice, and three (3) tournaments. GCB humbly relies on the generosity of the Memphis Community to continue giving these young men the avenue to grow their experiences, confidence, and character.

The boys have qualified for the 2025 AAU World Championship Tournament in Orlando, FL, being held July 2nd-7th. We are seeking donations and sponsorships to fund this business trip (we will have fun, but we are down there to finish a job). We have an exceptional, hungry bunch for our first group. They have earned their right to compete on the big stage. Please help them seize that right.
