Walk the humble path towards peace with us.

This year's Annual Campaign theme, “Peace is a Humble Path. Let's Walk it Together,” highlights AVSI's belief in building peace through small, intentional gestures that respect the dignity of every person. It reflects our commitment to walking alongside communities, listening to their needs, and fostering hope through education, dignified work, restoration and mercy, and solidarity in emergency. By taking these humble steps together, we create lasting impact, restoring confidence, nurturing relationships, and sowing the seeds of a more just and compassionate world.

The 2025-2026 Annual Campaign invites us to support projects built on this approach, bringing hope to children, youth, women, men, families, and communities every day. 

See how your gift can make a difference:

In Palestine

  • $200: Provides an emergency kit with food and essential supplies for essential supplies for a family in Gaza.
  • $300: Covers one child's school fees for an entire semester in the West Bank.

In Mexico

  • $300: Gives a child access to nutrition education, health check-ups, and sports classes.
  • $600: Gives a child access to daily healthy breakfast, nutrition education, health check-ups, and sports classes.
  • $1,000: Gives a child access to daily healthy breakfast, nutrition education, health check-ups, sports and music classes, and literacy programs.

In Uganda - COWA

  • $300: Covers half tuition for vocational training.
  • $600: Covers full tuition for vocational training. 
  • $1,000: Covers tuition + full access to COWA's Job Center + business start-up support

In Uganda - Meeting Point International

  • $100-$500: Covers one month of medical expenses for women managing the side effects of HIV/AIDS antiretroviral treatment.

In India

  • $50: Provides a "Dignity & Hygiene Kit" for one girl, including shampoo, feminine products, books, a water bottle, a Bible, candy, and a candle.
  • $365: Covers one year of tuition for one girl.
  • $600: Provides tuition, food, clothing and accommodation for one girl for a full year.

In the United States

  • $200: Provides one man at Ignacio or Abraham House in New York City with a Christmas card they can use to buy new clothes. Our goal is to provide cards to 25 men.
  • $500: Provides job training to 10 men in reentry homes in Colorado and North Carolina.
