1. Monthly Giving (Become a G.E.M.)
When you become a G.E.M. donor, you provide us with steady support that allows us to plan programs and services with confidence. Your recurring gift of $10, $25, $100, or more helps create a reliable environment for our members each month.
2. One-Time Gift
Prefer a one-time gift? Every dollar makes a difference. Choose any amount that’s meaningful to you—whether it’s $25, $50, or more.
3. Tiered Sponsorships
Would you like to contribute in a way that directly funds specific experiences? Choose one of our tiered sponsorships:
- Bronze ($100): Assists Crumley House members participation in group activities like movies, bowling, and local outings.
- Silver ($250): Aids members with funding directed toward in-restaurant dining experiences and visits to nearby attractions.
- Gold ($500): Generates funding for facility essentials like computers, exercise equipments and provides for longer trips to events like Tennessee Smokies games or Dolly’s Stampede.
- Platinum ($1,000): Assists greatly with with apartment furnishings, bed/mattress, TVs, computers, rehab assistance equipment and items accompanied with a higher price tag.
ABOUT US
The Crumley House Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center, located in Limestone, Tennessee, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of traumatic brain injuries through comprehensive residential and adult day programs. Since our founding in 1992, we have been committed to offering a range of services including cognitive, physical, and technology training, alongside engaging group activities and community re-entry programs.
