ABOUT US
The Crumley House Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center, located in Limestone, Tennessee, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of traumatic brain injuries through comprehensive residential and adult day programs. Since our founding in 1992, we have been committed to offering a range of services including cognitive, physical, and technology training, alongside engaging group activities and community re-entry programs.

The Crumley House Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center is a Section 501(c) (3) charitable organization, EIN 58-1988511. All donations are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution.
