2024 Nourishing Strides 5K
On May 11th, runners of all skill levels will come from around the Valley to enjoy a day of trekking through the historic MONTGOMERY HALL PARK. The Nourishing Strides 5K takes its walkers and runners through the roads, fields, and trails of this beautiful Staunton park. Runners and walkers will enjoy a post-race celebration at the finish line! What better way to spend a spring day?
When you run with Nourishing Strides, you’re helping us in our mission to EMPOWER more people with the skills and independence to grow their own organic food. All funds from this event will go directly towards the operations of our Staunton gardens.
