Each donation goes directly towards our free programs designed to empower mothers, connect them to communities, and safeguard their mental wellbeing.

Can I donate more than $10?

Absolutely! Every additional contribution beyond $10 further supports our mission to empower mothers and strengthen our community. Your donation will contribute to a greater impact.

As a guide:

• $10 provides time for 2 mums to connect over coffee
• $50 funds a virtual group session for mums.
• $250 supports a mum through a 8-week group program.

• With a shortage of perinatal psychologists and alarming rates of maternal mental health disorders and suicide - the leading cause of maternal deaths - our community is at risk.
  
  
• Research confirms that peer support is an effective alternative for preventing and treating postnatal depression, as well as aiding perinatal women in overcoming suicidal feelings.
  
  
• Villagehood Australia was founded in 2020 to address these pressing needs through evidence-based peer support programs designed for mothers during the early years.
