Can You Send $2 to Help Us Promote This Petition for More Signatures?

Tobi suffered as he was terrorized while being thrown to the dogs.

Just $2 helps keep Tobi’s case in the public eye and reminds prosecutors and the court that we are watching and pushing for the strongest sentence allowed by law! Jail!
