30 NEW FRONTLINE FAMILIES IN 2021!

Our goal is to sponsor 30 new frontline families to receive vital resources thru our "FAMILY FIRST PROGRAM" for ONE FULL YEAR. This program fills the gaps where standard processes fail to prepare or support families, care and advocate for victimized children through REALITY-BASED TRAINING and ONGOING AID. 

The families who participate, on average, impact twice as many kids as families who don't.

We lose over 50% of all new foster families in the first year; the lack of training and support is cited as the number one reason, not the kids. By serving and aiding these families, we can help reduce the number of families lost and keep them engaged longer. As a result, there will be MORE HOMES and less turnover, which also creates MORE STABILITY for children vulnerable to the system's brokenness.

WHAT THE FAMILY FIRST PROGRAM PROVIDES

Our Families First program provides four crucial service areas to families, DESIGNED BY EXPERIENCED FRONTLINE FAMILIES FOR FRONTLINE FAMILIES!  These services work with and in addition to current state processes and purposefully built to FILL THE GAPS in the most common areas where families are left confused, unprepared, or overwhelmed. Offering families with reality-based COMMUNITY, RESOURCES, TRAINING, and AID throughout their process to become a licensed foster family; and continues long after they welcome children into their homes.

 Our long-term goal is to sponsor all new families for their first two full years of fostering. We are here to be their ADVOCATE, their SERVANT, and their SAFETY. Because when you are in the trenches, fighting, and caring for children on the frontlines, you need to know someone has your back in the fight!
