Contributions must be made by an individual from their own personal funds. Federal law prohibits contributions from corporations, labor organizations, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors. Contributions are not tax deductible. Federal law requires that we ask for your employer and occupation. If you don't have an employer or are retired, put N/A. If you are self-employed put "self-employed" in employer and describe your occupation.
